Foundations One on One:

Those who are new to CrossFit complete 4-10 one on one 60 minute Foundations sessions with one of our experienced coaches. These sessions introduce new athletes to the movement progressions we use including:

• Squat Progression

• Deadlift Progression

• Pull-Up Progression

• Pressing Progressions

• Bodyweight Movements

The emphasis of these sessions is technique, finding you appropriate movements for you and introducing the intense nature of the CrossFit methodology. These one on one sessions will allow you to integrate smoothly and safely into our regular CrossFit classes. The sessions are scheduled at a time convenient to you.
