HOW DO I START?

If you are ready to start right away, or still on the fence, contact us and we’ll be happy to chat with you on the phone or set up an appointment for you to come to the gym to find out more.

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE OR SOME MINIMUM LEVEL OF FITNESS?

No, just get started. Our workouts and exercise scale to any level-from broomsticks to barbells, we will tailor the workout at our ability.

HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO COME A WEEK TO GET RESULTS?

We recommend that most of our members attend 3 classes per week to start. Results are highly individualized and depend on motivation, experience, current physical condition and many other factors. Some members get results with just two times per week, others enjoy the classes so much they build up to coming 4 or even 5 times per week!(Generally this is for advanced athletes only)

 

CAN I GET RESULTS ON JUST THREE 1-HOUR CLASSES?
CrossFit workouts are designed to be very intense workouts that can put a lot of stress on your body, burning more fat than “cardio” training. Adding additional workouts on top of CrossFit can actually make progress slow down or halt completely. If you are currently participating in a sport or an activity (running, cycling, etc.) and you would like to use CrossFit to enhance your training, our coaches can help you tailor your training accordingly.
IS THERE AN INTRODUCTION OR "ON-RAMP" PROGRAM?

We treat every person as an individual. After having an interview with your new Coach for Life, we will help structure a customized “Fundamentals” program designed for your goals and schedule. The Fundamentals program will help prepare you for classes, show you the ‘shortcuts’ to fitness, and make sure you are on the fastest path to your goals.

Every person (regardless of CrossFit experience) will have a series of one on one meetings with their Coach. Some people may only need a few sessions before they are ready to start doing classes, and some people opt to do many more to guarantee that they are on the right path. The number of sessions is completely dependent on the individual.  There are no ‘cookie-cutter’ programs here!

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE TRAINING?
Yes, if you prefer 1 on 1 personnel training to get yourself introduced to CrossFit, our trainers have availability for personnel training. Email us for pricing and scheduling information.
DO YOU OFFER NUTRITION COUNSELING?

We feel that nutrition is a huge part of health and fitness, and nutrition plays a large role in our program. We offer nutrition/ diet counseling and advice via our blog and seminars regularly. We also offer private counseling if needed.

HOW CAN I STOP, SUSPEND OR CANCEL MY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?

Our monthly memberships renew automatically every month billing your card or back account as directed.

If you need to cancel or modify your membership for any reason, just contact your coach and she/he will take care of it as soon as possible!

We do have one condition with cancelling your memberships, you need to tell us why! We take your health and fitness very seriously and we want to know if we could have done things better. The quality of our gym and our classes is a direct result of years of feedback from members. Be prepared to have a conversation with your coach about what wasn’t working for you!

WHAT MAKES DRILLER CROSSFIT DIFFERENT THAN THE OTHER CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is not a chain or Franchise, each ‘affiliate’ (CrossFit gym) is individually owned and operated. That being said, there can be a great difference in operating hour, coaching experience, class practices,equipment, offering, open gym hours,etc.

The biggest difference is our individualized approach to each person’s training.  Every person gets their own personal “Coach for Life”.  Someone who will get to know you, your goals, and your roadblocks. By meeting with your coach regularly, we ensure you will make the fastest gains possible – and make those gains for the rest of your life!
